RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for orders within 30 days of purchase. We will accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and unused merchandise in brand new, sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame. Once we receive your returned order, please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return. You will receive an email once the refund is issued!
Please note, YOGALANDUSA is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.

 

 

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING

Currently, we do not offer any exchanges or price-matching. Instead, please follow the steps in our return policy for the items you want to exchange and submit a new order in our shop for the new items you want.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN & REFUND PROCESS

For Domestic Returns within the U.S.:

Returning is easy! Simply package the items you want to return and drop it off at your local USPS location or other shipping carrier such as UPS or FedEx. To prevent your return from getting lost in delivery, we recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or a tracking number.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned order, please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return. You will receive an email once the refund is issued!
Upon receiving your return, we will refund the price of merchandise excluding any and all applicable shipping charges, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. 
Please also allow up to two billing cycles for your refund credit to appear on your statement, as the timing for your refund can depend on your bank.
